“Pity the man who inherits a million and isn’t a millionaire. Here’s what would be pitiful,if your income grew and you didn’t.” –Jim Rohn, entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker

Hey everybody — it’s Daniel Wiafe, your motivational coach back with some words of inspiration to help you become abundant in your life, wealth, health & relationships.

Just because a person is rich or has more money in their little finger than Scrooge McDuck… doesn’t mean that that person is wealthy.

How to Get Fit in 2 Weeks – Part One

“Your health is one of the GREATEST assets that God blesses you with! So treat your body right… and it will treat you right!” (Daniel Wiafe, motivational blogger, speaker, coach)

Good day everybody — I hope you are having a most excellent day today. This blog was founded back in May 2011 to “Motivate you to live your BEST life… in your health, wealth & relationships!”

I feel pretty guilty, however, because since the start of this blog… I have not really paid as much attention to the “health” portion of this blog… as I know that I should have.

That said… I’m going to change that! this will be a 3-day series entitled “How to Get Fit in 2 Weeks”.

There are 3 main areas that we should seek to conquer… when we aim to get physically fit. Those areas are:

1. Cardiovascular (make your heart/lungs stronger, losing excess fat)
2. Strength Training (make your muscles stronger)
3. Flexibility (make your ligaments limber & healthier)

Today… we will be covering How to Get Fit in 2 Weeks… cardiovascular-wise. We’re going to take a no B.S. approach to teaching you how you can learn the skills of getting fit in 2 weeks… in the fastest and the most efficient way possible!

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor, a medical expert or a certified personal trainer… so be smart & seek the advice of a professional… before embarking on any of the exercises I list on here.

How to Get Fit with 12-15 Minutes of Cardio – in 2 Weeks

Don’t Try to Please Everybody

“The man who trims himself to suit everybody will soon whittle himself away.” (Charles M. Schwab, multi-millionaire steel tycoon)

Good morning or day to you wherever in the world you are located at… it’s Daniel Wiafe, your daily motivational coach — back with some inspiring words to help give you a nice, little charge… so that you can live this day to fullest… and so that you can come one step closer to living your best life ever!

If you’re like me… then you are probably one of those types of people who in their pursuit of being positive and trying to be nice to folks… fall in that category of trying to please everyone that you run into (well, at least the important people, LOL)

And while there’s nothing wrong with trying to make a good impression on others… and there’s nothing wrong with a person seeking to do good or meet the needs of others… when we make it our #1 priority to try to please everybody… we begin to “take away” from the person of who we are.

Because the fact is this: People all have different expectations of you. Isn’t that true, if you take a moment to think about that? Read more »

The 3 Secrets to Living Your BEST Life!

“Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.” –Buddha

Hello everybody, this is Daniel Wiafe here again… and I would like to wish you a happy Friday today! I am up and at ’em at 4 o’clock in the morning writing this… which is FAR too early for me! 😉

Today’s motivational quote is just AWESOME… and it really hit home for me personally when I stumbled upon it last week.

“Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.”

I believe it resounded so strongly in me because of how simple… yet POWERFUL this truth is.

You see my friend, we all seek to be happy and to be fulfilled… and I believe that the 3 major components of a person having the life that they dream of revolves around that person being balanced in the areas of their HEALTH, their WEALTH and their RELATIONSHIPS.

I also believe that TRUE happiness comes when we seek SPIRITUALITY (a true relationship with God) in those areas. Don’t just seek God alone or independently of everything else in your life… but seek God FIRST in your health… seek Him FIRST in your wealth and seek him FIRST in your relationships.

So, let’s get at it… what are the 3 Secrets to You Living Your Best Life? Read more »

What is TRUE Wealth?

“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.” (Mahatma Gandhi)

Wealth is defined as having “an abundance of valuable resources or material possessions.”

But for many of us, when we think about wealth… we think solely about money. We think of the things that money can buy us… how money can set us free… how an abundance of money in our lives can allow us to live the lives that we can only dream of.

What do you think of when you think of wealth?

Do you fancy expensive cars… or a huge, lavish home in the countryside? Do diamonds and rubies and first-class airline trips to the Swiss alps dance across your mind and imagination? Read more »

Smile Your Way to Success!

“Smile, it’s not that bad!” –Daniel Wiafe, motivational speaker & blogger

In spite of my flaws and imperfections… smiling is something that I have done naturally all my life.

And it has helped me to get the BEST out of life in my opinion.

When you smile, even when it’s a fake smile that you have to force yourself to wear on your face… it does many things for you:

  • Puts you in a good mood… this is good when you are stressed, vexed or angry
  • Helps your brain to release dopamines (happy hormones)… into your body
  • Helps to get you relaxed
  • Portrays yourself as a friendly, sociable person around other people. This is vitally important… because the more sociable or friendlier we appear to others — the more likelier we are to have them be our friends.

Why is it important to have people like us? Well, people give promotions to people they like… they give favors to people they like… they agree to do things for the people they like… can you see where I am going with all of this?

All in all, smiling really can help lead you to GREAT success in life with people… and by relaxing you.

Here is one more tip for you to use — if you are feeling anxious or angry right now. I have used this with GREAT success:

  1. Sit back in a comfortable chair
  2. Close your eyes
  3. Put a BIG smile on your face & hold it
  4. Breath in & out SLOWLY for at least 10 counts
  5. Repeat the words, ‘I am the master of my thoughts & emotions’ to yourself.

Have a GREAT day everyone & a GREAT weekend ahead of you 🙂
