I CAN DO IT!

Four of the GREATEST words that you can repeat to yourself over & over again when you feel dejected in life… or when you feel adversities that you can’t shake are these words:

I CAN DO IT!
I CAN DO IT!
I CAN DO IT!

By repeating these words to yourself over and over again throughout your day… you are inspiring yourself… and you are motivating yourself to accomplish GREAT things… no matter what kind of obstacles you may currently face.

I personally love to repeat this phrase of, “I can do it!” to myself several times a day. I do it at least 3 times a day… and also during the times of the day when I feel kind of crummy or unmotivated… because it helps to get me back on the right path.

When you say, “I can do it!”… don’t just say it weakly or in a manner that you don’t believe in the words that you are speaking.

No… take a step back… throw a HUGE smile on your face… then proudly and emphatically proclaim with all of your heart and spirit, “I CAN DO IT! I CAN ACCOMPLISH ________ (you fill in the blank)! NOTHING WILL STOP ME FROM ACHIEVING ____________ (fill in the blank)! I ALREADY HAVE _______________ (fill in the blank).

Feel the feelings of having actually accomplished and done that thing which you seek to accomplish or attain. Feel the feelings of joy. Feel the feelings of happiness. Feel the feelings of contentment!

This type of positive self-talk is simple, yet POWERFUL and effective.
